Purpose of the course:
  1. To meet the education requirements for the Delaware Real Estate Sales Certificate.
  2. To prepare the student to successfully complete the Delaware Real Estate Exam administered by Assessment Systems, Inc.,(ASI)
  3. To provide the student with the knowledge that is necessary to become a professional asset to the Real Estate Community as a Delaware Real Estate Agent.

Course Content

This is a 99 hour course divided into three sections: The first night of the course is an orientation class. An optional math pre-test will be given. A score of 80% or better is needed to test out of the math section of the class. The last class is designed for a final review to further prep students for the state exam.
Successful completion of the course and the exams will satisfy the educational requirements of the Delaware Real Estate Commission.

Attendance

A student may miss four sessions, but not more than two sessions in any one subject area (ie. Sales, Law, or math) and still successfully complete the course.

Certification Requirements

Omega Real Estate School will issue a Certificate of Completion to the student after successfully completing the Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course. The certificate entitles the student to take the State licensing exam. (Applicants have 1 full year after receiving their certificate to take the exam. Applicants are encouraged to take the exam soon after receiving their certificate.) PLEASE NOTE: The Delaware Real Estate Commission will not issue a license to an applicant who has been convicted of felony, fraud, drug addiction, or has been professionally penalized.

Refund Policy

The tuition refund will be based on the Delaware Code for Private Business or Trade Schools for all cancellation notices received after the course start date. $100.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
